Dr. Zaino was wonderful. I needed a cervical spinal fusion, ulnar release at the elbow and carpal tunnel release at the wrist. He and Dr. Salari coordinated together to ensure that I could have all three surgeries back to back so I could heal together and get back to work within 11 weeks! I am the sole provider for myself and my two children. Without their help, there is no way I could work let alone function. Before surgery I was beginning to lose functioning of my hand and arm. I have regained functioning and the clawing in my hand is gone. The pain prior to surgery was indescribable, but now its mild if at all (I probably waited a little longer than I should have for surgery) Also, he's funny and easy to talk to.

Accurately diagnosed what was wrong and successfully fixed the problem and so much more that we did not even know about! He really cares about his patients and makes sure you are truly satisfied and feeling 100 percent.

Dr. Zaino was a 2nd opinion Dr that someone recommended. I am so happy that I listened. He is compassionate, friendly, listens to me. Listening is a very good quality; so many Drs today don't have that quality. My follow-ups aren't just in the door and he smiles and you leave; he takes the time out of his busy schedule to ask questions and really listens. I live in Bergen County and travel to Morristown to see him; my surgery was in Hackettstown Hospital, after this experience with him, I'm happy I made the decision for him to do my surgery. I highly recommend him.

The doctor and staff are true professionals, with great listening skills and explanations that are understandable.. They have guided me through a terrible wrist break and hand dislocation to full recovery. The staff has also been very nice and helpful. If you have need of these services, I can't imagine a better group to help you recover. My outcome is better than I ever expected.

I had a extremely bad fracture of my right pinkie finger Broken and dislocated. I needed to wear an external fixator placed on my finger for eight weeks. It was a very overwhelming injury that occurred at work. Dr. Zaino and the whole staff at the Orthopedic Institute were phenomenal throughout this lengthy procedure. There are not enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude to the team for their excellent work and professionalism.
