Dr. Albert L Valente, DO

Dr. Al was my college roommate. He and I were both guitar players, in different bands. He is VERY intelligent and kind as well. All around a great roommate and friend. It's no wonder he's a consistent 5. You can count on Dr. V to be a great listener and doctor too.

I am a patient of Dr. Valente for over five years , I am glad I chose him to be my doctor, he listens to you , does not rush you and treats you properly. The staff is really polite

With Dr. V help I was able to reduce my medication by 75% and fix my pain without additional medicine. I would suggest him for anyone who is willing to work hard to do your share.

I am thankful for the follow through by Dr Valente. He insisted on additional MRIs that found a small tumor on my brain. Thank God there are still compassionate doctors that care about their patients and go the extra mile for them. I would hate to know what could have happened to me if this had not been found. I am so very grateful to him and his staff at Springfield Medical Center. He is number one in my book.

This doctor listens well and deals with the whole patient, doesn't just push pills.

I've been a patient of Dr. Valente for 10 years, if he can't find a solution he will always send me to someone who can help me.

My Husband and I have been patients of Dr. Valente's for many years. We refer all of our friends. Dr. Valente's office reminds me of how medicine used to be. It is a small office, that knows you by name and Dr. Valente always spends extra time with me. He is never one to just push medications. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment, sometimes I am even able to come in same day. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Valente and his office are the best office I have come across in years. They are always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He always spends a lot of time with me and explains everything fully. I am no longer in pain! I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

For 2 years I ended up seeing 9 different specialist none of who found a cause of my pain. Most tried to tell me that it was all in my head. My first appoint with Dr. Valente was a big eye opener compared to treatment I had received so far. I was expecting a meet and greet to see what I expected him to do for me, what I received was extremely unexpected. I was taken back and got the usual vitals signs taken and Dr. Valente came in introduced himself and he did not let me leave his office in pain that first day he made sure I (the patient) was taken care of, Even if he has to stay open late so you can get there he will, he has. Dr. Valente is dedicated to the care of his patient. Let me repeat that. Dr. Valente is dedicated to the care of his patients!!!! I know I would not even be standing (literally) if not for Dr. Valente and his staff. All I did before seeing him was go to work and go home day in and day out, I now have some resemblance of a life again. I can walk, I can dance, I… can breathe in without pain, I can ride my motorcycle again. I don't know all of the right words to be able to express my gratitude for him giving me back to me and my family and for not having living the shell of life, for being able to wake up in the morning without pain, The best part of all of this beside previously stated is no debilitating drugs to cloud the mind. What I have learned through all of this is that there is someone out there that can help you and his name is Dr. Valente and his wonderful staff. Thank you all so much for giving me my life again.

Dr. Valente did such a great job of listening to my needs and concerns during my visit. I asked a lot of questions and he was very happy to answer all of them which really helped me to feel cared for. I was really happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment - many offices I would have had to wait several weeks to get on the schedule, whereas I was able to get an appointment within 3 days of calling! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, Dr. Valente's office truly is the perfect package.
