Dr. Scheman and his staff were amazing! I've had skin issues for awhile and just thought I had super sensitive skin, until a reaction wasn't going away no matter what cream or fix I tried. My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Scheman to get the patch testing done and turns out I have a skin allergy too two common ingredients in skin care/cosmetic products. He explained everything so clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. My only regret is that I didn't go see him sooner!

The comprehensiveness with which Dr. Scheman and his staff attended to my allergy needs was exceptional. The wealth of experience is clear and hs ability to communicate it is superb. As with any expert, occasionally, there's a bit of "ok, that's interesting, if you're done talking, I'm going to talk for a while," when describing a patient's situation, but that's sort of par for the course, and I don't begrudge it. I appreciate Dr. Scheman's warmth and obvious commitment. It's tricky to navigate the necessary efficiencies of being someone who's done this for a long time with the need for individualized patient care, so if you prefer someone who wants to chat, I might lower those expectations a smidge. That said, if you need a doctor who knows his stuff, I recommend Dr. Scheman with zero reservations.

I was recommended through my regular dermatologist. Appointments were on time and care was excellent. Dr. Scheman spent the time necessary to explain everything and answer any questions I had. Excellent experience and highly recommend this practice.
