My visit was very good. Dr. Strang took the time to review my history and listen to current conditions and situations. I’m very glad that I selected him as my new urologist.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a doctor with such compassionate care. He introduced himself and explained things with detail yet in a way I could understand. He asked questions and listened. Truly one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor in a long time.

I checked in online and arrived on time. I needed to use the men’s restroom and was told to provide a urine sample while doing so. To my surprise, there were no empty vials in the restroom. I also noticed that the left toilet stall toilet was filled with toilet paper and fecal material. I tried flushing it but it did not work. I returned to the check in and reported the situation. Within two minutes a staff member came and handed me a collection vial. At that moment another staff member called my name and escorted me to an examination room. She handed me a collection container with my name on it. Dr. Strang arrived a few minutes later. He was his usual friendly self, bringing a great bedside manner. He’s a really good listener, asked all of the key questions, and proceeded with the annual exam. The exam was thorough. He checked all appropriate areas. Dr. Strang has an especially relaxed method for conducting the unpleasant digital rectal prostate exam— prior to switching… to him, it typically was very intrusive and uncomfortable. He is easy to talk to and makes it easy to get into details that some might find embarrassing. I give him the highest possible rating!

You’re method for getting appts is extremely weak & probably loses customers. Beyond that, everything is super, prompt. Efficient! dr Strang does a fine job!
