Abandoned During a Health Crisis I have been a patient of Dr. Frisch for over five years and am a thyroid cancer survivor who requires careful medication management and timely communication. Early in our relationship, Dr. Frisch was compassionate and attentive, and I trusted her judgment. However, since the pandemic, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of care. My most recent experience was deeply upsetting. After lab results showed my TSH levels were dangerously outside the recommended range, my portal messages went unanswered. I requested a telehealth visit out of concern for my health. During the visit, Dr. Frisch was dismissive and unprofessional. She referred to me as “demanding,” stated she had “lost compassion” for me, counted aloud the number of times I had messaged her, and informed me that this would be my last visit with her. The call ended abruptly, leaving me without a provider during a particularly vulnerable time. Patients deserve compassion!

During the visit, Dr. Frisch was dismissive and unprofessional, referred to me as “demanding,” stated she had “lost compassion” for me, counted aloud how many times I had messaged her, and informed me this would be my last visit. The call ended abruptly, leaving me without a provider during a vulnerable time. Patients deserve compassion and professionalism—especially when facing serious health concerns. Unfortunately, I no longer feel this practice cannot provide that.

Dr. Frisch is an amazing Doctor. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes her time, listens and is extremely approachable. I recently moved house and will continue to see her. I love this Doctor.

Dr. Frisch is an excellent endocrinologist, but her front office is a disaster. No one ever picks up the phone, messages returned days letter if ever. People at the front desk are rude and non-accommodating.

Dr. Frisch is extremely knowledgeable. She always takes her time with me and she listens well. She is up to date on cutting edge treatment for diabetes and also understands the emotional aspect of the disease. She is an excellent doctor!

After seeing Multiple Endocrinologist, over the past 20 years, I can finally stop searching for a Doctor who does more than take a cursory glance at my bloodwork and write a couple of scripts. Only to then send me home with the same problems and concerns I went there with in the first place. Dr Frisch actually takes the time to figure out what may be the cause of the problem. She is not only an excellent Endocrinologist, but a caring Doctor as well.

Dr. Frisch is by far the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen. She takes her time and truly cares about me. She is very down to earth and honest about my condition. I can tell her anything and she makes me feel at ease. She even gives hugs! I love her!

I could not ask for a better doctor. Dr. Frisch is warm, compassionate, and loves her patients. Dr. Frisch is the highly skilled and trained endocrinologists and leader in thyroid disease. As the owner of the practice she and her husband put their hearts into quality of care. You can see and feel the passion they have for doing what is right for the patients, and being the top of their craft. I live in Boynton Beach and have seen her in her at the Wellington office as well as their Boynton Beach location. Both are full service. I love i do not need to go an outside lab to have my labs done or have an ultrasound. Thank you for everyone who told me to see Dr. Frisch, I am very grateful. I love you Dr. Frisch!!

After years of watching my health deteriorate thanks to diabetes 'management,' I decided to switch to a different endocrinologist. IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENT in blood sugars. Dr. Frisch is a lifesaver! I could not be happier.
