This doctor doesn't pay even the state minimum wage for full day's work. When asked about it, she makes it seem like she's too busy to give required labor wage and uses training as an excuse to not provide for a whole month of labor. Very disappointed and feeling highly used for free labor with no payment.

Changing all regular visits to sick visit

Very Very bad experience. I would like to infact rate this doc less than 1 start. This doc is very much money minded. Every free vaccination visit was converted into sick visit by this doc. when we ask more questions about your baby's activities babies regular visit is converted to sick visit. The diagnosis was not good either. My baby was given several medicines for same issue and nothing was working fine for the baby. very very poor

Long wait time . You hv to wait for more than 2 hrs for appointment. The toddlers gets very cranky . The front office staff is very rude. After 2 hrs they will put you on one room and after that doctor comes to see after an hr for just 10 minutes .so be prepared for 3 hrs

Dr. Rajkumar is just amazing. She has been our pediatrician for over 8 years now. We moved and will still make the 25-30 minute drive to see her. She is practical and understanding and just an overall lovely person.

Dr. Rajkumar is an exceptional, patient and thorough pediatrician. After leaving our pediatrician in CT I was worried about replacing her, but after lots of research and review reading I found Dr. Rajkumar. We live about 20 minutes away from her office but she is worth the drive, when I became pregnant with my second I thought maybe it is time to find someone closer but I just couldn’t and unless we move even further away I wouldn’t, ever. My first child hasn’t needed to much care from the usual annual checkup and cold twice a year, thankfully, but my second was a different story. When I became pregnant again I let her know she would have another patient and asked if she would visit her in the hospital when she was born to do an initial check up and she agreed, basically just call her when it was time. Well, long story short she was born premature at 31 weeks, I immediately called Dr. Rajkumar because I wanted someone who knew us and cared for us to be there for our sweet tiny girl… and she didn’t hesitate she said she lived 2 minutes from the hospital and would be there first thing in the morning. By the time I got to the NICU at 9:00 am she had already been there and gotten all her medical info she couldn’t do her own check up because the doctors in the NICU were her physicians for the time being but they filled her in on everything because she had privileges there. The nurses and doctors in the NICU always asked who her pediatrician was to verify etc. and it would be followed up with “oh, wow, yes, she’s thorough, she is good” we knew that but because our son was pretty healthy we never needed much, so hearing her peers speak highly of her reassured us that the care she would give our premie would be excellent and it has been. She visited her several times in the NICU even when I didn’t know she was, our daughter has had RSV and respiratory problems which is typical for preemies and her care plan is always right inline with the specialist we go to. We have had emergencies and we drive straight to her office, we call ahead but she never tells us not to come in she is a doctor that trusts a mother's “gut” and listens. I trust her fully with my children, if we call in the middle of the night she calls back, when we are away she has refilled prescriptions for us by calling in to the local pharmacy, then checks in a few days later to make sure our children's health is improving. As a rule I always treat the office staff anywhere I go with respect and the office staff here always reciprocates I am not sure why anyone has ever had a problem but I have been here a lot, with sick children, last minute appointments, etc and never had an issue. The only con and it isn’t a con for me because I am a patient person would be that there are always people there to see her and the waiting area isn’t very long but the wait is never too long and there are enough seats for the people waiting, although I would probably wait an hour to see the best because my children deserve the best!

She is just fabulous. Yes, one key factor is wait time for scheduled appointment - but it will be justified the moment she walks in the room and talks to your child first making him/her comfortable. Once she is engaged with us in the room she forgets the time limit she has to spent and becomes one of our family member for that 15 - 20 mins (until we get a knock on the door and receptionist says Dr there are others waiting). As for care she knows what symptoms have occurred and what exactly with help in healing quickly - be it with over the counter, prescribed, or best of all home remedy - she will advice you on all of them. On top of that she will call you back - might be late as she has to go through a list of unanswered calls but she will call you let it be at 8 pm or 10 pm or 1 am. I am telling you this from 8 years of experience and we will continue to use her services for another 8+ years - you will not regret having her as your Pediatrician.

Dr Aradhana Rajkumar has been my son's paed since his birth. We have had to see other paeds a couple of times but so far she has been the best for him. She is extremely amiable and kids like her. She is the only paed i know who is a phone call away even if you call at 10 in the night. She has often called me to check on my son when he was falling sick often. She also came to office on a Sunday when I called about his illness and she felt he needed to be seen. I have never seen another paed who is so dedicated to the cause of her little patients. Very responsible follows her patient, always available and responds to the calls made. One more thing goes out of the way to help even in the off days and holidays. Always recommend to new mom. Ask her questions she will respond to them well

She is great with the children and takes the time to explain to parents in detail what is need to be done. The new front staff is very helpful and are very good with the children. They answer all our questions and are very courteous and I believe they will be a great team!
