Dr. Arturo Jose Bonnin, MD

I had massive allergy & asthma symptoms which prior to treatment by Dr. Arturo Bonnin were providing a gigantic disruption to my quality of life. My symptoms have been improved tremendously by the most wonderful, fabulous & caring Dr. Bonnin. He did everything reasonably possible in trying to understand what my physical problems were & listened carefully to what I had to say with care & concern. I never felt rushed during any of my visits. Quite the opposite, I felt like I was a relative of his, which I am not. His bedside manner could not be better. Dr. Bonnin has tremendous knowledge & skill in helping patients with allergy & asthma symptoms. His office has state of the art equipment & the staff is friendly, caring & helpful. When I call his officeI I receive help immediately. Almost like they were looking forward to & waiting for my call. Dr. Bonnin left no stone unturned to provide treatment that brought about significant & meaningful improvement. Dr. Bonnin is the best.

Dr. Bonnin really cares about his patients when I was going through covid he called and checked on me nearly every day. Not to mention that I was a new patient of his, but he treated me like I had been going to him all my life. I am highly recommending him to all my family and friends. Since my bout with covid he has patiently listened to my allergy concerns and addressed them. I’m not sure I even know how to begin. Dr. Bonnin has made my life so much better. He has guided me out of a couple of complicated and challenging situations. He said on my first visit, “This is a challenging case.” , and he has stayed with me on it. He is intelligent, interested, and tenacious in solving problems. He also happens to be kind and has a delightful sense of humor. At almost 67 I have had some significant health challenges and in moving many times I have had a multitude of Doctors. Some were ok, others were not, and many were horrible. Dr. Bonnin is among 3 that have been GREAT. Exactly what we all hope for in our medical care. He has accomplished for me what an “expert” I waited 6 months to see at Cleveland Clinic did not even attempt. He has had a most certain positive impact on my life.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bonnin for years. He is very knowledgeable and up to date. He has always been very friendly, and takes the time to talk with me, seeing what is working and what is not working. His staff are friendly as well, and have been there for many years - a sign he treats his people well too. I have nothing but praise for him. I highly recommend him.

I am beyond thankful to Dr. Bonnin. He implemented a treatment plan that allowed me to get back to a ‘normal’ routine and keep me out of the hospital. Immune disease is tough stuff so having a doctor who takes the time to go over all of the details of test results and treatment plan options is comforting. His clinical staff is wonderful too!

I have severe asthma and was taking alot of steroids and even went to the hospital. My family Dr referred me to Dr Bonnin. Dr Bonnin has worked very hard to help me. He never rushes me out and makes me feel like my asthma problems are important to him. I have also seen Jeff the PA and he has also been helpful when my asthma has flared up. I get asthma shot and allergy shots, all the nurses are great and friendly. The staff up front that makes the appointments and many other things are very friendly and helpful. I made billing arrangments for bills and the billing staff has always been willing to work with me and are friendly. My astma is doing much better and this is the best I've felt in years. I'm so impressed with Dr. Bonnin bed side matters. He is very detailed in his practice, Is very good at what he does. Answers all of my questions and concerns and shows a lot of compassion. I would highly recommend him.

I had been coughing a lot, deep down in the gut, coughing. I could not do anything. Dr. Bonnin worked with me, until we found a solution to my coughing. He did not give up. I also come for allergy shots. So I see his staff, a lot. They are all nice to me. Asking how I was doing, with a smile on their faces. It did not matter which nurse I talked to. They were all friendly. If you ask them a question, they always try to find the answer. I have never, had a problem with any of them. I get a email reminding me of my appointments. Which I confirm. They always tell me when my allergy serium is at the end, and needs to be re-ordered. This is a great place to come to, and get the help you need. Maureen

Office staff (including billing) very rude and uncooperative. The office staff is the front line in a medical office and they put that office to shame. They wanted to go by an "office policy" over $14 instead of scheduling me an appointment and allowing me to take care of the bill at the time of the appt (which was the following week) or even speaking to Dr. Bonnin regarding going over the "office policy". I work in a physician's office and I know there are ways around that..............the DOCTOR is in charge of the practice and indeed made those policies. Find another allergy doctor, they don't even call and remind you of your follow up appointments, so when's it's time to refill your allergy serum, they won't until YOU call.

Dr. Bonnin saved my life! After numerous doctors had been unable to explain a lifetime of respiratory, sinus & ear infections (including double pneumonia which kept me in the hospital for 2 weeks and left me on oxygen for 6 mos), Dr. Bonnin tested my immune system & diagnosed CVID. 7 yrs later, with immunoglobulin replacement therapy, dangerous infections are a thing of the past. Love the whole staff here - they listen, actually answer the phone, and get me in quick when needed.
