Dr. Madaan and his staff provide an excellent diagnostic service that fills the gaps left by usual doctor visits with primary care and some other specialists who only want to prescribe meds for your symptoms and kick the can down the road. Highly recommended. Not a networking office; just doing their job diligently.

I spoke to at least 5 people early last year, who had significant allergic or recurring sinus and lung infections like I was experiencing. 5 out of 5 immediately mentioned Dr. Madaan at CARE. I had already seen 2 other specialists here and was getting frustrated with the lack of forward movement with my situation. So I made this appointment with Dr. Madaan and had a terrific intake visit with a clearly outlined and detailed plan of action without any presumptions or pre-suppositions. This was my first experience with intense intellectual clarity in an accomplished yet humble physician in my 69 years of seeing numerous doctors since I have a couple of rare conditions. Well, fast forward 16 months and I am yet to get sick after my work-up revealed underlying elevation in Eosinophil counts and related immune issues that were causing both my respiratory and gastro problems. The process of thorough vetting and selection of immune and biological products has done absolute wonders for me… - I am off Prednisone (that one famous name in town had me on for 8 years and almost caused me to develop secondary diabetes!) and able to get off of 3 out of my 4 inhalers. Did I mention no more infections/sickness and in fact no more symptoms! Now I am back to hiking, fishing and gardening - living my normal past life without any limitations whatsoever! As far as I can recall, Dr. Madaan has been the prayer I was looking for. If you truly have allergy or immune issues (and believe me a lot of us don’t realize this, despite seeing different doctors repeatedly for “sick visits”), call his office and let him give you an in-depth look! That’s what he is really good at! No-nonsense and exactly to the point. No other agenda but to offer his clients a through assessment and a workable plan of care! Dr. Madaan involves you in your care plan and does not act elitist like most doctors. Over the 16 months that I have been coming here, I have spoken to many in the waiting room who have come to see him from near and far, including many states. I am glad I am only 25 minutes from CARE. You learn so much at every visit. You can see both the science and the art of application of research and clinical data and detailed nuances of data interpretation. We truly need many more like him, and this comes from a retired Biochemist who actually knows a thing or two about this field!

I was treated for COPD by my PCP and local Pulmonologists for years even though I have never smoked. Then I started getting repeated respiratory infections and Dr. Madaan was highly recommended by 14 friends (tells you a lot!) in my group for an immune work-up. Turns out I have Myasthenia Gravis and Immunodeficiency but no allergies or COPD. It was such a detailed and independent/unbiased evaluation and explained to me in layman's terms! I had tears in my eyes as my saga was resolved by this astute clinician with a through history and fact finding. Six months later, I am back to almost normal. I am Dr. Madaan's newest fan!! Staff are truly compassionate and accommodating as well. I work for the County and my schedules can be tight but they have always fit me in.

Getting the best results for allergies and asthma in one of the worst pollen seasons! Point proven.

I started seeing Dr. Madaan in late fall of 2012 and by spring of 2013, my allergies, repeated sinus infections and asthma all became history. The only person to blame for my 15 years of prior suffering is me (for not seeking his expert care much sooner!). The thing that they care about most is your satisfaction with the results! I can think of dozens of folks in my "friends and family circle" who are tired/stuffy/cranky all the time and could benefit from going to this office. I sleep so much better and no longer feel exhausted by 3 PM that I had been going through for 15 years.

Both me and my daughter are receiving treatment at CARE and are tickled by our results within 3 months of stating treatment. We accomplished all of this in such a short span here versus over 5 years at our last allergist - makes me wonder why we did not come here first. Best year in Virginia after moving here from Jersey 7 years ago!! Finally!! Technologically savvy office - all treatments were designed based on evidence and correlated with our symptoms and history. Could not have asked for more....

If someone is looking for uptodate care (at par with top academic centers where I have been seen over the past 26 years), for asthma, sinus problems and hives (all 3 have plagued me for 30 years), I highly recommend Dr. Madaan and CARE! No reservations whatsoever and highly recommended. I have learnt so much about how to manage my conditions here. Dr. Madaan is a terrific teacher and broke down complex medical topics into layman's terms for me.

I have been to three local allergy and pulmonary doctors over the past 6 years! Dr. Madaan is the first one to have gained complete control over my asthma. I used to take oral steroids 4-5 times a year but after being a patient here, NOT ONE such event in 20 months going. This has been a life changer for our entire family! No wonder they are so busy!

Dr. Madaan and his staff took excellent care of my husband and helped us identify triggers and resolve his recurring problems of cough, sinus issues and hives that had been plaguing him for the past 3 years.
