Moved her from California recommended by my internist. A terrific experience with our first visit seeing Dr. Hineman. She and her staff were efficient,understanding of our children's needs,and on time.

Very impressed with Dr Hineman. She called us in the middle of the night after my youngest had her first fever and helped get us through it. She is very thoughtful and patient with new parents.

This office has very long wait times. Even worse, they charged me for services not provided. I had to file a complaint through my insurance company for reimbursement as the dr office would not assist me with fixing their dishonest documentation.

Dr. Hineman is a very patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind pediatrician. We love the office, having separate waiting room areas that are kid and teen friendly. The office staff are friendly. We have insurance and havenâ??t had any problems with insurance. The office is very busy. Sometimes we need to get in and have to wait for a few hours to be seen but I like being seen at her office instead of urgent center or ER. The last dr we saw you could walk in and get right in but I think that showed that he wasnâ??t good since noone was ever there.

This practice is great! I love Dr Hineman, her staff has been helpful when we needed to get a referal to see a specialist quickly. What stands apart at this office is the extended hours, opens at 7am, open Saturday, and the doctors take their own call which is nice if you have a question at night or after the office is closed. My kids LOVE going to the office and that is priceless!

This office is really a joke. Recently, I brought my two year old son in because he had a rash that covered his entire back and spots on his face. I was told he had a bacterial infection and was prescribed antibiotics and some other stuff.. At our 1 week follow up the rash was still there and then I was told maybe it was eczema or a fungal infection- they did a test for this. We were told to wait a week and of course come back. I took my son to another doctor the same day and he laughed when I told him this. He said give him Benadryl and if in two days itâ??s not cleared up heâ??ll need to see a specialist. It cleared up that day. This office pushes antibiotics for EVERYTHING and made you have so many follow ups they really only care about money. Scheduling an appointment and actually being seen at that time will never happen, nor will go to an appointment ever take less than an hour. Horrible service
