Dr. El Tom is an excellent provider. He is caring, is always accessible, and has excellent bedside manner (which has become a rarity these days). I can message him through the portal at anytime and he always addresses my concerns and responds promptly.

I have been a Facey Medical Group patient for over ten years. I have always had the best primary and specialty care. I have a PPO medical plan and can go to any medical group that accepts my coverage. I am confident and comfortable with the competent care I have received over the years and at present. Dr El Tom has been an amazing and caring physician. He is the provider not only for my husband and daughters but my extended family as well.

He is always on time to see me in the waiting room. He is asking me, if I'm doing okay and my health follow up question. Always listen to me when I'm talking about my health issues. Always nice and helpful personality.
