I don’t know how the average wait time was listed at 10 minutes. It took longer than that to check in. I waited over 2 hours before I even saw the tech who did all the tests. After tge fastest eye exam I’ve ever experienced, he said a few words and told me the tech would explain how I should care for my dry eyes. I have several eye issues in addition to my dry eyes. I tried asking a question and he was already halfway out the door. He said he had two patients waiting. Really?? No one seemed to care that I waited two hours. There’s more to shared, all equally showing zero concern for the patient in front of him. The penultimate comment was that I had checked off I wanted my eyes refracted. They dilated my eyes(I had agreed but wasn’t told this would eliminate this test) Was told I’d have to come back pay the cost of refraction which I had already agreed to AND pay another out of pocket copay which is nearly $100. I asked if this could be waived since I literally just paid it. They said… no. The total cost would be $150. Needless to say I won’t be back

It was a wonderful experience commentary office. The staff was so nice and doctor has a beautiful personality and he’s fun to be with. He’s very confident and what he tells you he answers every question he’s very patient with you. I’m a new patient and I’ll be there as long as I’m walking. He’s a great doctor.
