Dr Epstein was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns. He worked with me to examine me and also my eligibility for Medicare to cover a portion of my surgery. He explained everything to expect very well. He addressed all my concerns on the day of surgery. The results exceeded expectations and were dramatic, in a good way. Highly Recommend Dr. Gil Epstein! One of the most important qualities I was looking for, aside from experience, was a surgeon who would take the time to address all my concerns without treating me like a number. I was nervous about getting eye surgery, but Dr. Epstein made the entire process so smooth and reassuring. He performed my lower lid blepharoplasty, and what stood out most was how he took the time to listen to me. He patiently answered every single one of my questions and never made me feel rushed. This level of personalized care made me feel completely at ease and secure, both before the procedure and during my follow-up appointments. If you are looking for a surgeon who is not only skilled but also genuinely caring, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Epstein. The entire staff involved with my procedure, including Kim and Peta, were professional and courteous.

I had both eyes worked on, for different reasons, and in the process the Doctor was constantly explaining the process and the expected results so I would be comfortable going forward. During the operation, he again continued with full explanations so I felt comfortable with what was going on. Afterward his staff at his office proved to be invaluable in making me aware of how everything was developing, what to expect and they, as well as the Doctor, listened to my every question and answered everything very professionally as well as being very friendly while guiding me along. Through it all I felt surrounded by a very professional, very competent and supportive people. I give special thanks to Kim who listened to all my fears as I was recovering and gently answered all my questions allowing me to relax into the recovery process. They made me feel comfortable enough that I would easily do it again if I had to.

Last November Dr. Gil Epstein conducted a blepharoplasty procedure on both of my eyes. He has exceptional surgical skills, and the procedure has resulted in enhanced vision for me. He was very thorough in explaining the process to me and what to expect. He has a very caring bedside manner and is very gentle and friendly. He put me at ease. His staff was very professional and friendly in their follow-up calls and always conveyed my concerns to the doctor during the healing period. I am very happy with the way my eyes and vision turned out. I would definitely recommend Dr Gil Epstein to my friends. He deserves 5 stars!

This is the best surgery i have had. It corrected all my issues with eye lids impermanent, Recuperation was quick and i am very happy with my results. I would hihgly recomed Dr Epstin and staf for thos procedure, very profesional all the way. Great job

I cannot rave enough about my blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Gil Epstein. He did the top lid and removed the bags under both eyes. The result is very natural and totally amazing. I am 74 years old but now look much younger. I get constant compliments on my youthful appearance. Dr. Epstein has a very kind and reassuring bed side manner. The recovery was quick and I am more than delighted with the results.

I recently had a lower blepharoplasty and CO2 laser resurfacing performed by Dr. Gil Epstein. Him and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process, and his surgical coordinator (Peta) is very helpful as well. He is very personable and really takes the time to speak with you about your concerns and how the procedure and recovery will go. He called me (himself, not someone from his office!) the morning after my procedure to ask how the recovery was going and to see if I had any questions or concerns. The recovery was smooth and I had no complications. I am so happy with the results and thankful for him and his team for everything they did to make this a great experience for me! Highly recommend!
