I'm looking for an eye doctor and you give me a dentist?

They want to argue with you. Every crown they have done for me has had issues. Upon complaining they tell you how you are wrong and it is never anything they do wrong. I find it frustrating that only one year after getting two crowns I have cavities under them. It was because they never did them correctly. I complained 5 different times of food getting stuck and having issues only to be told I am not flossing enough. I floss more than anyone I know due to their crappy work. They told me that they weren't done correctly and were not taken up into my gums so there is a gap. Now they want to charge me full price for new crowns that they never did correctly in the first place. No I don't think so why would I go through that again? Since they were just done my insurance refuses to pay for them again at over $1500 each. Furthermore they did a terrible job of matching it to my real teeth so they look grey. When going into the office the next day to complain they had multiple employees come… and look at them telling me they look fine refusing to do anything about it. How is it they can't see it yet everyone asks me if I have dead teeth or had an injury to my teeth. It has happened so much that now people are starting to ask me why I never smile like I used too. I make sure I tell everyone why so they know not to go here. I'm done arguing with this place over their poor quality of work and lack of ethics when it comes to making it right. I went to a new dentist and am now finally happy my teeth have been fixed correctly without all the pain they put me through. The place I go to now is so gentle compared to them as well I can't believe I stayed with them for 3 years. Never, ever, will I go there again and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. That is how much I hate this place!
