Excellent Doctor, as well as his staff. This is the second time I request my Primary Doctor to refer me to Dr. Shephard for my Endoscopy. I will certainly continue going to see him every ten years that I need my Endoscopy because he is really knowledgeable and I know I will receive great overall service.

If I enjoyed colonoscopys more, I would return more often than every 10 years. I enjoyed visiting with Dr Shephard and have the utmost confidence in his professional ability. And, the staff, Melissa, Rosie, Nisha, among others were wonderful. A particular thanks to Miranda for providing just the right amount of anesthesia to make the experience as non-memorable as possible.

Everyone at the Palm Endoscopy Center was great! Check-In was easy. Pre-op went smoothly. The procedure was uneventful. All pre- and post-op medical personnel were very professional. Dr. Shephard answered all my questions and stayed with me answering them until I had the answers. All personnel were very caring and concerned with my welfare. Their attitudes/dispositions helped ease my worries.

Dr Shephard is an excellent provider who truly cares about his patients, explains expectations and results and provides answers to your questions. All the staff that assisted were wonderful, especially Miranda, my awesome CRNA, who provided the sedation and kept me safe. Ebony, my pre-op RN, got me ready with her calm, friendly demeanor. The procedure staff, Robin RN and Gerry (technician) who assisted Dr Shephard with the procedure were all smiles, and Brenda, my post-op LPN got me ready to go!

Dr. Shephard is kind, professional, and friendly. The Palm Endoscopy Center is a smooth, easy experience . Casey and DJ were awesome. Highly recommend.
