At one of the most vulnerable times in my life, Dr Chappuis and his staff offered me an option no one else did. Their professionalism combined with their bedside manner gave me the comfort and security I needed while making the hard choice to better my quality of life. The entire staff was on my side throughout the entire process. I can’t put into words how much that meant.

Beware of Spine Center of Atlanta!! First, I received an order for an MRI but when I went to schedule it the order had the wrong patient name. The hospital and I both called for weeks being transferred from one department to another. They could not figure out which provider I saw or locate my records and I never received a corrected order and therefore could not have the MRI. Second, the billing never filed my secondary insurance despite repeated requests and sending copies of my insurance card. The insurance company even called the provider on my behalf to request that they file a claim. Even though they never filed my insurance the account was turned over to collections.
