I was dismissed and rushed from the first appointment. I was not taken seriously and she immediately tried to create rifts with my other care providers. Fortunately they did not take the bait and believe that I was trying to put them against each other or had started some kind of fight, and that was all on her and her own decisions. She refused to get records or test results and was never organized, always accusing me of being the problem when I would literally bring the items asked of me then she refused to even look at them and threw a tantrum, then dived off into some other nonsense plan of angering the rest of my care team and wasting my time trying to schedule unnecessary tests and ones my insurance would not approve and she was informed of that. She never communicated with my PCP at all and yet kept trying to defer my care of everything to her despite being advised that my PCP is not an endocrinologist and is not a specialist in my conditions as such. She was supposed to be but… never did her job. She made excuses and tried to play God, then abandoned my care and attempted to discontinue medication necessary for life when she didn't accept an opinion different from hers. If I didn't already schedule with another provider months ago from seeing this coming and have my PCP backing me, I'd be in serious medical danger. This is negligence and it was intentional. Patient relations even refuses to respond at this point because I don't think they know how to protect themselves legally from the actions of this provider. I will fully be reporting this to the medical board and my insurance company because I was defrauded of time and money and so were they, and my health was put in danger by this provider. Please go anywhere else if you value your care, even if it means waiting.
