He is a very knowledgeable man he suffers from Pain himself so I found him to be compassionate. He was honest and patient during some painful procedures. Had I not moved away from Ellensburg, I would still be treated by him.

I was very impressed that I was told all the options for my problem and not just encouraged to have surgery. I will try the options given and as a last resort will look into surgery. Am currently doing physical therapy and also swim exercises several times a week.

After having rotor cuff surgery I have experienced so much pain. My surgeon didn't listen or understand that I knew something didn't feel right. After waiting FINALLY was referred to Dr.Ventre. This doctor knew EXACTLY what I was explaining and experiencing. He immediately started a care plan to help get me back on the road to healing. He even knew what was wrong before my MRI results came back. I can't express how wonderful it is to have a doctor who listens to his patients input on what their body is going through.
