If u plan to do your surgery with please don’t do it,I had a tummy tuck and hernia repair with him he didn’t take the hernia out and I don’t like the results ,I have a big lump on my stomach when I consult an another doctor he said that the only way he can fix me is to do an another tummy tuck too tight the muscle,when I contact them and explain the situation they didn’t text me back I spend all my money on it,I was saving this money since 2018.please don’t do it with him.and I was hospitalized for a week.all those 5 stars are fake

His bbl and lipo is extremely poor quality, I was fooled by these 5 star ratings, i learned after i signed the contract that he 5 star reviews are not written by actual real patients they are written by his marketing people paid to do so. please don't beleive these fake reviews i did and i am very disappointed in his bad work and his fake online reputation.

I love everything about Dr. Williams. I had a wonderful experience. I was scared at first but everything came out great. I love my result and ready to go again. It’s very addictive. No infection No complication at all. Always follow ur first mind & I’m glad I did

He is a terrible Plastic surgeon, I trusted him with my life and well being and was not provided the service I was promised ended up getting damaged by him. I did not have a bad body just wanted a small improvement but he ended up damaging everywhere with poor quality work. When I complained he denied it and became extremely rude and uncooperative where communication stopped, it got either a lie or nothing at all. Please beware, he is not as he portrays himself, he's extremely deceptive and unethical.

I had BBL with Karl Schwarz and woke up from my surgery in terror when I realized the horrific procedures he had done to me. When I asked what he had done he said nothing was done to the parts of my body that burned, was in pain and damaged. he plainly denied it all. He did a lot of illegal procedures to me when I was laying in his private operating room under general anesthesia for more than 7 hours. He terrorized me after the surgery with threats that he will sue me if I don't shut up but I will not stop warning other about this dishonest incompetent Dr. The most horrifying Dr. you will ever meet and extremely unethical.
