I have been a patient of Dr.Long for several years now and I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience with her or team. She listens to concerns and questions, and is very responsive. Her team is professional and friendly. Selfishly I hope she never retires!

I saw Dr. Long for a free skin cancer check several years ago and was very impressed by everyone in her office. She took the time to do a thorough check and answered my questions. This year I decided to try coolsculpting, and saw her again. Dr. Long again took the time to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed to make a decision to have the procedure. She performed the procedure and the follow up, and made sure I was comfortable and very happy with my results.

Lana should be so proud of her staff. I didn't get her name but the short haried brunette receptionist went OVER and ABOVE assisting an elderly woman. You know not everyone was born into todays technology. The receptionist went as far as to assist the elderly woman getting here parking pass pout of the machine. This person is the type of people you want to have. People Who Care! Just a Great Job!

My experiences have always been pleasant with Dr. Long and her team. They are respectful of your time. They are innovative yet truthful and conservative with treatment options. Trust is of the utmost importance choosing a doctor. I trust and respect this team immensely.
