She has successfully conducted 3 implant surgeries for me and in each instance the communication, planning, preparation and execution of care was exemplary. She explains all the options, risks and how she will manage them. I am extremely pleased with the care and results I have received. 5 stars plus!

I had surgery for one implant. It was a smooth process from the reception to the surgical suite. Very efficient practice with warm and helpful staff including the surgeon. Dr Cohen explains things well and is highly skilled. If I need oral surgery again I will choose this Silver Spring office of MOSA. Thanks to everyone there.

I arrived with serious trepidation and overwhelming pain. My dentist had diagnosed two teeth needing extraction. Of one I agreed with, including the implant graft work. The other less so, for I thought the true overwhelming pain was my upper back tooth and not the lower. Dr. Cohen examined and concluded that I was correct and that the lower wisdom had no issues. Moreover, she thought not to do the additional bone graft on the upper. All said, the procedure was surprisingly quick and easy, no pain. As she said she would do, the anesthetic dose would be whatever I needed.
