My PCP is truly wonderful, demonstrating remarkable responsiveness and a gentle approach. His expertise is evident, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have him as my caregiver. The positive experience has made a significant difference in my well-being. On the other side my experience with the neurologist was a lack of care and poor bedside manner, including interrupting and not listening to me. Furthermore, the rest of the exam I felt rushed and she did not address my needs adequately. All of the staff was wonderful except for the neurologist.
