Problem is I could not get a “visit” after being a patient for over 20 years. All I could get is a two to three week appointments on two occasions. I felt I needed some attention on a spot that appeared on my hand. Went to another dermatologist after 20 years going to Dr Herron and sure enough spot was cancerous. If you look at the office’s new profile on the web it will explain what they won’t perform anymore. It appears that the office has “outgrown me” and perhaps a number of other patients in favor of more expensive procedures such as Botox treatments and other detmatology issues! I am not going to risk my life to enhance the “bottom line” of Dr. Herron. His office staff no doubt has had the new profile explained to them. Today when I called to cancel the appointment and say that I am severing all ties with the office the appointments person calmly and without question said”okay”. She never asked why and no doubt didn’t care. Unfortunately, Dr. Herron and Dr Kelly have been the… top dermatology office to visit and have been a professional team to be admired over the years. Today it appears that “things are a changin’ and I for health reasons will be changin’ too!

I have seen Dr Herron for a few years now and would recommend his practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist. He and his staff always make me feel comfortable and understood.
