I am so frustrated with this office. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. They do not return calls. They treat you like a number. If you ask questions, they may excuses. I has ask for the results a urine test--- no answer. I could literally write a book on how incompetent this office has been with my car. This borders on malpractice. I had to cancel a procedure at he clinic because they asked me electronic sign papers with out letting me review the papers first in black & white. (I had to ask for the copies -- which the desk clerk did not seem to be very happy). I had to call my Insurance myself to see if the anesthesiologist would be covered. At the desk they could not tell me if the clinic had verified my surgery for THAT day. They asked me to bring in my Insurance card, cell phone, driver license, & a form of payment (Charge card for) and asked me to sign a paper stating the clinic would not to response for any lost items. Husband not allowed in waiting room to take my… "personal items." What the ;;;;;? How can a clinic be so responsive. This is so messed up. Trying to talk to someone in authority has been a nightmare. In the meantime I am stuck in limbo with no answers to when I will have my procedure. No answers back on 3 of my lab test. I get "someone will call you today or tomorrow when they get time." One answer was Dr. Yadven will talk to you toady or tomorrow -- found out he is out of the office for the whole week. Lies-- Lies & more lies. My health is important to me. I am paying a physician (I am paying-- just like I would a plumber, electrician ) to do a job, and he is failing. Do physicians think they are God & do not have to answer to the person who is paying them? I am not trying to tell the Dr. how to do his job, I pay for his expertise but I am his boss, I wanted answers & I get ignored, lied to , put off etc. If you need to see a urologist , someone who will honestly answer your question, be available & treat you with respect -- then Urology Partners is not for you. Take my advice. You are the boss. You PAY them. They are not the high authority society places physician in. Seek a better place.
