Dr Pamela Louise Dilello

Dr. Pam has been my children's pediatrician for over 21 years. I have never regretted a moment having her in our lives. She is personable, understanding, HONEST, kind and is always willing to go above and beyond. She has always taken the time to listen and answer all of our questions. I hate to think that i will only have 5 more years with her because my daughter will age out. She is a remarkable person inside and out.

We have been visiting Dr. Dilello since last 15 years after the birth of my first child. Dr. Dilello takes her time with the patients and willing to answers all questions. She will make you feel very comfortable during the visit.

I love Dr. Pam. She's been our Pediatrician from birth and my daughter will be 15 in August. She never rushes through and I love how she interacts and talks with my teenager.

Dr. Pam is fantastic! My kids love her and so do I! She knows how to put your mind at rest while addressing all of your concerns in a calm and soothing manner. She also lets you make a choice as a parent without forcing you into something you might not be comfortable with. She's an absolute delight!

She is a wonderful doctor and connects with my daughter well. Puts my child at ease and elicits a response regarding her symptoms. She is funny and relaxes my daughter merely with a personable greeting.

Dr. DiLello has been my youngest daughter's pediatrician since she was born. Since the first few hours of her birth she has known her and no matter the time that has passed between visits she always remembers my child. My daughter is now 15 and fondly remembers Dr. DiLello and her staff. Dr. Di Lello has a very easy way about her, she is down to earth, and speaks in a manner that both kids and parents can understand. There have been at least two times that I can recall that Dr. Di Lello far surpassed my expectations. The first was when my daughter was very sick with a recurring infection and I was able to call after hours and she called me back within 15 minutes and sent a prescription to the pharmacy for me to pick up. The second was when my daughter was around 3 years old and ran into the kitchen just as my mother in law was serving a cup of tea, the hot tea fell on my daughter's shoulder and while I was splashing cold water on the site my husband called Dr. Di Lello and she had… me rush my child to the ER where the staff was waiting for us and rushed us inside. Thankfully the cold water and her call to ER to expect us helped so that my daughter only experienced two minor blisters on her shoulder. Dr. Di Lello is an amazing doctor and I am so glad she was able to treat both of my daughters when they were young!

My Favorite doctor of all time. I hope I can go see her myself!!!!! Very pragmatic, only dispense medication as NEEDED. Supportive and absolutely FUN. And very experienced.

I've been seeing Dr. Pam for 8 months since my son was 3 days old. I immediately fell in love with how knowledgable and personable she was. She takes her time with every child, and she remembers even the smallest details about you and your family! I'm expecting now, and can't imagine taking my babies anywhere else! She's stellar!

I had met Dr. Pam the day after my son was born, and was thrilled when she said she could be our pediatrician. She is extremely caring, and goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. My son has been a patient of hers for almost five years now, and he doesn't mind visiting. At any age, this , in and of itself is a big accomplishment. All her patients seem to love her. I know the wait time may seem a little long, but when you sit down with her, and you see the care she gives to not only the children, but their parents, you'll understand. She takes all the time you need, to explain any questions, or ease your concerns. I always feel comfort witting down with her. She is a wonderful, caring, professional woman. I wish I had a Dr. Pam when I was a child.

I have had Dr. Pam as my pediatrician for the last 18 years and I continue to recommend my friends and family to her. Once you have been to a Dr. that knows EVERY child by their first name upon seeing them, you know that this is the Dr for you! Personable, professional and most of all CARING... Best Peds Doctor around!!

Dr Pam is a fabulous doctor. Unfortunately we moved out of state. But whenever my infant/toddler daughter was sick ( & she got sick a lot due to daycare) I was able to get an appointment same day, right away. Wait time for scheduled appointments & sick walk in appointments were about an hour. But well worth it. There is always a movie playing in both rooms (well room & sick room) to keep your little one entertained. When my daughter's lead level came in high, Dr Pam contacted me right away to come in and see her, and advised me what actions to take. Love her & I highly recommend her to everyone. Her bedside manner is awesome. She always made me feel as if I was family. But be sure to bring snacks & something to drink for your little one to avoid crabbiness during the wait time.

my kids are grown now but when my first 2 were born, Dr. Pam and her dad were out pediatricians. After we moved, due to the distance, we were unable to continue with them but the amazing care my children received from both Drs. DiLello was beyond great! i will never forget Dr. Pam and her dad and the wonderful care that my children received from them.

Dr Pam is truly a doctor and a human being of the highest quality. She took care of all three of my children. Her care and thoughtfulness is not merely professional, it is something that touches my family deeply. I value her opinion, and I have trusted her medical judgement for over 22 years. She is the personification of the true "Artist in Medicine". If only I can find a doctor like Dr. Pam for my wife and I....

I was a patient of Dr. Pam many years ago! I don't live in NY any longer but when I visit I know I can count on her expert advice for my children. I would recommend her to any one! She's truly the best.
