My Dr was out and another was filling in for her. Things started to slow down and he stepped in and started seeing extra patients. He answered my questions and I was pleased with his care.

Waiting time wasn’t too bad. Once I saw the doctor, he was friendly, efficient and professional. I would rank him as the best eye practitioner I’ve ever seen.

Front desk very efficient and courteous. Waited 1 hour for the tech ( sorry don't remember official title)to pre check eyes then hand off to another tech that pre check eyes. Dr Pollack is an excellent surgeon. He is efficient in his explanation. He genuinely cares for his patients. Just don't like the wait.

Went to 2 other Doctors before I found him! Happy he accepted me as a patient. Finally getting some reasonable and understandable answers to my issues.

He was very attentive and accurately diagnosed my issue. He explained everything very very thoroughly. I was very happy to realize I didn't have to have surgery. What I really appreciate is that he listened and didn't rush me out of his office like a lot of doctors do.
