Dr. Chan has cancelled appointments twice. This time I was scheduled for a procedure and had both blood and EKG performed, made arrangements to be driven to the doctor’s office and for our dogs. On Friday afternoon before a 6:00am Monday appointment, he cancelled with no explanation. This is two days after calling to remind ne that I needed a EKG. I find this to be rude and unprofessional.

I am a new patient and had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Chan last week. I felt he was very easy to speak to and made me feel very comfortable discussing issues that can be somewhat embarrassing. I felt at ease during my entire appointment. He provided some samples of medications and I feel much better already! He was also funny and extremely nice! The front desk staff were also very pleasant and accommodating.

Dr. Robert Chan was extremely gracious and thorough. He showed us a video of robotic surgery and referred me to Dr. R. James Yu to do my surgery. The staff were helpful and made me feel comfortable. I will need to go back to do a preop with Dr. Yu and will go from there.

I am a new patient with Dr. Chan and am very impressed. He took time to hear the history of my medical issue and thoughtfully suggested some solutions. I thought he was thorough and ... believe-it-or-not compassionate.

Great bedside manner - very thorough and easy to talk too. I am so happy I found Dr. Chan and he will be my new Urologist going forward. Office staff was also awesome!
