Robert A. Kayal, MD, FAAOS, FAAHKS is the Founder, President, CEO, and Chairman of NY and NJ's Kayal Orthopaedic Center. Years ago, Dr. Kayal and his team of orthopaedic surgeons began using the Stryker Mako robot, a sophisticated instrument that allows for greater precision and control during partial and total hip and knee replacement surgeries. This customized joint replacement technology, using the Mako robot, in combination with high-resolution cross-sectional medical CT scan imaging and Stryker's proprietary software, ensures accurate sizing, placement, fit, balance, and rotation of installed components, much akin to being fitted with a "tailor-made suit." At Kayal Orthopaedic Center, this Mako robotic technology has also been used in combination with the minimally invasive direct anterior approach (DAA) for hip replacement surgery. “You can be certain that the Kayal team has done its homework and is ready to provide our patients with the best treatment approaches available,” says Dr. Kayal.

Where do I begin ? Kayal Orthopaedic deserves 10 stars . From the moment I spoke to the staff I knew this was a place that really cared about their patients they were warm and friendly and treated me like family . Lori in the management office has been absolutely amazing she’s kind , sweet , caring and has walked me through every step of the process to finding out where my pain was coming from . I have seen several doctors in their firm and each and everyone one of them is world class! They even have a mri machine in their glen rock office , the staff in that department is also top notch ! Dr Kayal himself has been extremely hands on with my case and I’m so thankful for him and each and every member of his team . Award Winning Team -World Class Care is not just their logo it’s a fact ! Thank You Kayal Orthopaedic !!

I broke my lower leg and had to immediately go to the emergency room for treatment. That's where I met Dr Edward Lin....now my orthopaedic surgeon. He explained everything clearly & concisely and we made our tx plan on how to take care of me. He made me feel calm & positive about the future outcome of my injury. I'm so glad he was on call that night& I would recommend him highly!!

I am always treated very well at each and every one of my visits. The PA’s are wonderful and I really love Erin. They are very Sharon day know you’re chart off the top of their heads; makes me feel well taken care of and know I can trust them. Dr Kayal is also an excellent surgeon and helped repair a hip abductor tear a few years ago which significantly improved a limp I had since I was a child. I am very blessed!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the care at Kayal Orthopaedic. My wife was able to get a same day appointment to assess her neck pain pain. Later that same day we were scheduled for an MRI and followed up quickly with results. Great to have so much different types of orthopedic care under one roof.

I am very grateful to be in the care of Dr. Kayal and his staff in the office. I was hesitant to have surgery. Now that I've had my knee done, I am able to function so much better.
