Ruth has been a wonderful provider, always showing great care and respect for me and willing to encourage her practice to do the same. She exhibits the true heart of what family practice is meant to be. Providence as a system, however, in the final communication about her retirement, was totally inadequate. I am grateful that I had an opportunity to have a final meeting before her retirement to clear up my position in her practice.
