We always love time with Dr. Thomasson. He's thorough and explains everything so I understand.

Dr. Thomasson is one of the nicest doctors I have met in a long time. He takes the time to listen to you. He answers your questions and does not treat you like you are just a number on a spreadsheet. All of his staff are great. They answer your questions and address your concerns. You can't go wrong with Dr. Thomasson.

He was on time and very familiar with me and my medical history. He is always very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone needing knee or shoulder replacement surgery.

Had appointments with Dr. Thomasson to check on my shoulder which I injured from a fall while running last week. I had gone to the TOC walk-in clinic Friday and had a good experience with the team in the walk-in clinic. They were attentive and helpful. The staff was very professional and patient. However, that was not my experience with Dr Thomasson. He did not ask if I had any pain nor did he even check out my shoulder in terms of rotation or movement. He looked at my CT and was not really clear in explanation on diagnosis, prognosis or what was recommended in terms of activity. He seemed dismissive and ready to move on. He did tell me I had lots of questions which I did. He ordered PT which seems to be the routine. Once he left the room with me after maybe 5 to 7 minutes he did not come back. His assistant came in. Was not even given a MRI appointment before I left. I called back and requested his team cancel the order for MRI. I decided to get second opinion at Andrew’s… Sports med. Where I have had a good experience in the past. I usually do not give reviews. I hope this is not normal maybe Dr Thomas was in a hurry. Would not recommend!

Excellent results from reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Follow-ups have been informative and understandable. Dr Thomasson is easy to talk with and answers all my questions, plus he has a great clinical staff!
