Doctor and team were terrific! I needed to be seen quickly, but for available appointment was 4 months out! Only got in early due to willingness on my part to be flexible with the cancellation list.

Reception offered an early appt due to a cancellationp. Dr Zhu is friendly, reassuring, and thorough. He explains medical terms and procedures very well.

The MA did not provide an AVS nor wound care. It was posted on MyChart however. Dr. Zhu was extremely gentle and quick, the appointment went much smoother than my fears.

Appointments are very hard to find. I had to wait for months to see this provider. Wait times, including in the exam room, are too long. We are held accountable to be there on time but we spend a long time from our workday for waiting to see the doctor. This provider is very knowledgeable and communicative in a simple and understandable way.
