The office was extremely busy however the office staff was very pleasant & efficient. Wait time was minimal & Dr Horne was extremely thorough, kind & knowledgeable while explaining his findings in detail during my exam. Great experience overall!

A 30 minutes wait. Understandable; the clinic was very busy Dr Horne was great

Dr. Horne is friendly, professional, and clearly explained the test results. The medical assistant and office staff was very knowledgeable and friendly as well.

I had a few questions for Dr. Horne. He answered me and made sure I understood. I may have waited 5 minutes and that's all. He explained the changes in my vision and what to expect. He took his time with the testing. I felt relaxed and not rushed. Good doctor and good staff.

Dr. Horne is a very nice and sweet man to meet. He makes you feel comfortable immediately. As well as his wonderful staff in the office. He has reviewed the information that his assistant nurse collected prior to entering the room for your consultation. (His nurse was wonderful and very knowledgeable so she could assist him properly). I am a native to this area because I was born in Atascadero, and my mother was born in Paso Robles. After not being in this area for 42 years, it is a wonderful feeling to feel like you’ve been accepted back to an area you once knew like you never really left. He will be my chosen eye Dr. for the rest of my life. I’m 80 years old. Thank you Dr. Horne with helping me take care of my eyes properly to keep them as healthy as you say are. It’s a wonderful feeling to know your eyes are where they need to be. You are wonderful. THANK YOU!!

Dr. Horne was very thorough and professional. Took time to explain and answer all my eye care concerns. I highly recommend him.

I called in and needed to make an appointment… the staff returned my call and scheduled my appointment for the next day with Dr. Horne. Dr. Horne was very kind, professional and took time to explain my results from my tests. He also explained that I needed to see the Specialist within 2weeks (I already had an appointment scheduled in November with the Specialist) Dr. Horne and the staff scheduled my appointment with the Specialist on the next day. I was extremely impressed with how quickly I was able to see the Specialist. I am so thankful that Dr. Horne expedited my November appointment. I have always been very satisfied with the care I have received from the Doctors and the staff at this office .

Dr. Horne has always been kind and courteous. He listens well and provides great care. Only negative is the extreme wait time. This sends a message to patients that we can wait and our time is not valuable.
