There was a problem to get refill and I had to keep calling your office since CVS CAREMARK need your autorization for 90 days supplly, however there was some problem in your office therefore would you instruct your crew to allow long term perscription to be approved easier becase CVS caremark won't accept every 30 days refills.

What a different place on earth. Dr. Shultz is very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. Put you at ease the minute she walks in. She takes time to listen to your concerns and advises accordingly. Her staff is a mirror image of her and the office is super clean.
