On the coldest day of the year so far-everyone was kind from the start. The caring and understanding check in staff-who said “you are all set, we will get you some warm blankets and make you comfortable” to Dr. Steir who came in for the pre-surgery check in and listened to my concerns about medication and answered my questions patiently. Thank you to the check in and recovery nurses for making my not so favorite procedure fast.

Everything was done in a timely manner. Dr. Stier was very professional and kind. Would highly recommend RGA , Dr. Stier and staff.

I received excellent care at Rockford Gastroenterology Assc. Dr. Stier and the prep nurse were exceptional. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Strongly recommend Dr Stier. He is very personable. Very professional, made sure that I understood the procedure that was going to be performed. Made me feel very at ease and not rushed. The whole staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Strongly recommend Dr Stier.

First time meeting dr and he’s doing a colonoscopy. Good communication, sled and answered questions and listened. Seems like a great guy. Has a sence of humor as well as instilling confidence and empathy.

My Daughter is an RN at RGA. My opinion is biased. Dr. Stier was friendly and professional. I did wake up during my procedure and asked questions while it was happening. Prob could have used a little more RX to keep that from happening, however it was not traumatic . Overall a positive experience for a not always comfortable procedure.

Not the best type of appointment.. but everything about this appointment was great. Staff was very nice and comforting. Great personalities from every person I dealt with.

The office was very polite and efficient. The Dr was great. Savannah was wonderful and everything was on time and easy.
