Dr. Mitchell always take the time needed to review both my glasses and contacts prescriptions. Additionally, this time she explained eye scans that I needed to have done in a clear way, checking to make sure if I understood what I was looking at every time she moved on to something new. I never feel rushed, even on a day when she was running behind due to an emergency. All I saw was her warm smile and caring personality that keeps me coming back each year.

At my request, Dr. Mitchell reviewed the images on the computer screen that showed my diagnosis. She offered her professional advice in discussing my next steps for treatment. Her professional demeanor is calm, quiet, and matter of fact.

Dr. Mitchell was very thorough and patient. She explained my condition in easy understandable terms and gave all the various outcomes that could happen and my options. Her professionalism is very much appreciated.

From check-in to check-out, the office is run with efficiency and the staff is kind as well. Dr. Mitchell is thorough and does not rush if I had questions. Highly recommend her.

It was a follow up appointment to fine tune my contact lens prescription . Dr Mitchell is so good at what she does! She immediately knew the right solution for me and I walked out the door with perfect vision.

Dr. Mitchell and her staff were great. This was my first appointment with her team to have my vision prescription checked for glasses and contacts. Dr Mitchell’s assistant was very thorough, checking my vision against my existing glasses. She explained what slight differences between them. Dr Mitchell then worked with me to ensure the contact lens prescription was completely accurate. Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend Dr Mitchell and her staff.
