"I had an appointment with Dr. Paul Chlebeck and staff Friday September 12th at 2:25 pm, I checked in and just as I sat down my name was called just ten seconds after I entered the building, Kennedy was smiling at the door as I approached, she made me feel welcomed immediately a pretty smile can make a difference it seems, As I walked to my own room several of the nursing staff welcomed me again with bright smiles, happy Friday one said, I was a little nervous because I just recently got a new job with new insurance but it was a breeze, no issues at all, right away Kennedy weighed me and we joked about how the scale was obviously wrong, she said other patients had similar issues with the darn scale, she took my temperature, oxygen rate, blood pressure all in a quick couple of minutes."
